The OOH Care Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating care services during weekends, ensuring that our clients receive continuous and reliable support. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage care services during weekends. Respond to emergency calls and provide immediate assistance as needed. Schedule and allocate care staff to meet client needs. Maintain accurate records of all care activities and communications.
