What You'll Be Doing
* Collaborating with class teachers to deliver engaging, effective lessons
* Helping students stay focused, motivated, and on track throughout the school day
* Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to meet each child's individual needs
* Encouraging a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Assisting with classroom setup, resource management, and daily operational tasks
* Adhering to safeguarding protocols to ensure a safe and secure school environment for all students
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Previous experience in a school or educational setting is beneficial
* DBS: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
* Commitment: A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
* Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills
* Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
