The Role
* Support pupils 1:1, in small groups, or whole class
* Assist with learning, behaviour, and classroom activities
* Work across a variety of age groups and abilities
* Support teachers in creating a positive learning environment
Requirements
* Experience working with children (school or similar setting)
* A positive, adaptable, and reliable approach
* Good communication and behaviour management skills
