Marketing Executive – Energy Management Scale-Up

💰 Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Company Bonus

With a growing client base across the UK and Europe, we’re expanding our marketing function to support our next stage of growth.
The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team and work directly with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys taking ownership of a wide variety of marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the company’s marketing plan and campaigns.
* Coordinate and book events, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
* Manage the production and ordering of branded merchandise and marketing collateral.
* Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, and on-site marketing support.
* Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered effectively.
* Contribute to content creation, email campaigns, and social media activity.
* Support digital marketing initiatives (with scope to take on more digital responsibility as the role develops).
About You:
* 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the energy, technology, or renewables sectors.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on scale-up environment.
* Confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with senior stakeholders.
* Some experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) would be a bonus.
