We are currently seeking an experienced
Senior Property Manager
to oversee the management of a key residential development in
Harrow, with the potential for additional sites to be added to your portfolio in the future.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and knowledgeable individual to join our team and play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality property management services.
Where will you be located?
Working sited based and from home, you'll be conveniently located to visit your development in Harrow. You will also be required to attend our office in Hoddesdon once per week (EN11 0DR)
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of a residential development in Harrow, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and best practices.
Liaising with leaseholders, residents, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Managing service charge budgets, overseeing maintenance works, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and managing cladding-related matters, including communication with residents and coordination with external consultants.
Preparing and overseeing Section 20 consultations and major works projects.
Supporting the wider property management team and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential block management, ideally at a senior level.
Strong understanding of
fire safety legislation
and
cladding issues, with demonstrable experience managing these areas.
IRPM Associate (AIRPM)
qualification as a minimum; further professional development is encouraged and supported.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Full UK drivers license
and access to own vehicle
