Brightwork are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of their respected and growing manufacturing client based in East Ayrshire, who are looking to add an Accounts Administrator to their friendly and dynamic finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid administration or customer service experience to kickstart their careers in an accounts function.
Key Responsibilities:
Process purchase invoices with accuracy
Reconcile supplier statements
Review purchase orders and manage supplier queries
Assist with reporting on payment practices and performance
Support month-end processes and finance system implementations
General finance administration duties as required
What We're Looking For:
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills
Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Great attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to learn and progress
Previous experience in an office environment
