Key Responsibilities
* Cover and grow a portfolio of institutional clients across EMEA (Private banks, Broker dealers, Advisors), developing a deep understanding of their investment objectives, constraints, and product preferences within structured investments
* Demonstrate to clients how to originate and distribute structured investment ideas (equity-linked notes) by leveraging the IVM platform to deliver differentiated risk/return outcomes aligned with client demand
* Act as a trusted advisor to clients, using IVM analytics to position optimal structures (e.g. higher coupon / improved downside protection) rather than relying on standard market runs
* Drive revenue generation for IVM software and client engagement by demonstrating to clients how to proactively identify structured opportunities and converting them into executed transactions
* Work closely with structuring and technology teams on the software to iterate quickly across structures and bring best-in-class solutions to clients
* Lead client onboarding and expansion, ensuring strong adoption of the platform across sales teams and end-clients, and scaling usage within each relationship
* Leverage existing relationships to introduce IVM to new clients and channels, including private banks, broker-dealers, and asset managers
* Partner with internal Structuring and Technology teams to refine go-to-market strategy, identify high-value use cases, and support the growth of the structured investments business
Experience and Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in structured notes / equity derivatives sales at a leading investment bank or structured products provider
* Strong track record of covering institutional (Private banks, Broker dealers, Advisors) and generating structured products flow
* Solid understanding of equity-linked structured notes, including autocallables, barrier reverse convertibles, worst-of structures, and yield enhancement products
* Ability to translate market views into tradeable structured ideas and communicate them effectively to clients
* Commercial mindset with a clear focus on revenue generation, client penetration, and wallet growth
* Experience working across sales, structuring, and trading desks, with the ability to coordinate internally to deliver solutions
* Familiarity with structured products distribution across EMEA, including key client segments and channel dynamics
* Strong client communication and presentation skills, with the ability to position complex products in a clear, outcome-oriented way

* UK-based remote role, with a preference for candidates located in London
* Compensation includes a base salary of GBP100,000-150,000 (based on skills and experience), (Please note: Salary data is a general guideline. IVM’s salaries are based on candidate skills and experience.)
