Were looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to play a pivotal role in driving data-led decision-making and enhancing customer engagement. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional to shape CRM strategies, influence marketing performance and deliver measurable impact across the business.Youll act as a trusted expert, partnering closely with Marketing teams to design, analyse and optimise campaignsturning data into actionable insights that truly make a difference.What youll be doingLead and champion best practice in CRM analytics, data storytelling and visualisationAct as a subject matter expert on campaign measurement and performance analysisCollaborate with Marketing teams to understand objectives and shape effective campaign strategiesDeliver deep customer and campaign insights to inform marketing plans and CRM strategyDrive continuous improvement by introducing new tools, techniques and ways of workingProvide actionable, data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and maximise ROICoach and support colleagues, sharing knowledge across the teamWhat were looking forStrong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale data warehousesProven experience delivering end-to-end analytics projects from concept to implementationEstablished B2C CRM expertise, including customer journey design, targeting and analyticsExceptional analytical thinking with the ability to present insights clearly to non-technical audiencesExperience in stakeholder management, prioritisation and working independentlyA collaborative mindset with experience mentoring or coaching othersDesirable:Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BIFamiliarity with campaign management platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud)Why join us?Youll be part of a forward-thinking team where data drives decisions and innovation is encouraged.
