We're looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on individual to join our Operations Team as a Operations Administrator Intern. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Customer Services, with on-the-job training and support from experienced team members. No formal qualifications required, just a a genuine interest in learning.

Duties
*
1. To accurately input and transfer of patient information, between client databases and 4ways systems through bespoke software, ensuring support of radiology reporting to our clients from receipt of work to completion and return of reports.
*
1. To undertake regular manual systems checks and monitoring to ensure inbound information and reporting output is actioned swiftly and completed as per the needs of the clients
*
1. To undertake data flow monitoring to ensure accuracy and escalate exceptions internally to team leaders and client contacts.
*
1. To undertake daily monitoring of scans received to meet turnaround times & agreed SLA's.
*
1. To undertake the accurate administration of urgent reporting requests within prescribed turnaround times
*
1. To liaise with colleagues/Line managers and/or Head of Operations as soon as any client issues arise.
*
1. Raising, escalating and monitoring the resolution of any occasional IT issues that may affect service delivery where required.
*
1. To professionally answer and action phone call and email queries per company standards.
*
1. To ensure all confidential data is secure and appropriately administered.
*
1. To accurately undertake general administration and record keeping as required.
*
1. To undertake general housekeeping of own work area on a daily/regular basis to keep tidy.
*
1. To undertake all reasonable and lawful requests from the company for work related duties.
*
1. To comply with Health and Safety requirements in the office for yourself and others and to report accidents and near misses as required by the company policy.
