Housing and Technical Resources require a Customer Liaison Assistant to join their team, involving travel throughout South Lanarkshire, dealing with projects including central heating and kitchen installations.
You will contribute to the delivery of the Council's Home+ by acting as the primary link with residents, construction teams, social work departments, and external agencies during installations.
Essential skills include customer service experience, effective communication, interpersonal skills, and relevant IT skills. All tasks must comply with the Quality Management System.
You should be able to work independently and as part of a busy team, and have the ability to travel across South Lanarkshire.
