In this role, the successful Welder/Pipe Fitter/Panel Welder/Ship Builder would be responsible for getting involved in the build, repair and maintenance of a range of aluminium and wood hulled vessels.
The ideal Welder/Pipe Fitter/Panel Welder/Ship Builder would have a track record in a similar role or be eager to get into marine engineering. This roe would suit either a Welder/Pipe Fitter/Panel Welder/Ship Builder new into the industry with a level 2 or 3 qualification, or, a skilled Welder/Pipe Fitter/Panel Welder/Ship Builder who wants a challenging role.
