Key Responsibilities:
– Shift Leadership: Oversee factory floor operations from inbound to outbound.
– Health & Safety: Promote a strong safety culture and training initiatives.
– Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and manage non-conformances.
– Team Development: Coach leaders and conduct performance reviews.
– People Processes: Manage recruitment, training, and performance management.
– Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of ongoing improvement.
– Deputise: Step in for the Factory Manager as needed.
Skills Required:
– 3 to 5 years of production management experience in FMCG manufacturing.
– Strong verbal and written skills.

– Exposure to the finances and cost management
