Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a leading Manufacturing company in Millbrook Southampton. This is a permanent position. Responsibilities for this Customer Service Team Leader role: Complaints Handling, Including Non-Conformances: Corrective & Preventative Actions BRC Compliance (this is important – for the right person we would send them on a course to train for the accreditation!)
