They have a new opportunity for a Service Manager to work in their Basingstoke office (hours 8-5)
Duties include
1. Overseeing the day to day operations of the customer service department.
2. Working as part of a team handling all the day to day functions
3. Organising the dispatch of parts
4. Liaising with engineers and regional managers to ensure equipment lists are Up To Date
5. Liaising with purchasing and logistics to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders.
