Job Description: Senior Property Helpdesk Advisor Location: Bupa Place, Salford Salary: Up to £32,000 plus Bupa benefits Hours: 37.5 per week | Monday–Friday | Core hours between 8am–6pm Hybrid Working: Office-based initially, with flexibility after onboarding About the Role We’re building a brand new Property Helpdesk team and we’re looking for a Senior Advisor to help lead the way. This is a hands on role where you’ll be the go to person for property related queries across Bupa’s UK estate, including care homes, dental practices, clinics, and corporate offices. You’ll be the subject matter expert in the team, supporting day to day operations and stepping up when the Team Manager is away. From managing escalations and producing reports to mentoring colleagues and improving processes, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the Helpdesk runs. What You’ll Be Doing Logging and managing property issues via phone, email, and portal using Job Logic Prioritising and escalating critical incidents (P1s) quickly and effectively Supporting the team with training, guidance, and informal leadership Deputising for the Team Manager during absences, including reporting and stakeholder meetings Monitoring service standards and contractor performance Producing reports and supporting compliance and financial accuracy Contributing to process improvements and team development What We’re Looking For Experience in a helpdesk or customer service role (facilities/property experience is a plus) Confident communicator with strong organisational skills Comfortable using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office Calm under pressure, with a proactive and solution focused mindset A natural team player who enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others Previous experience in training, mentoring, or deputising is highly desirable Benefits Our benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
