We're offering a salary of
£24,000 – £28,000
, depending on experience, skillset, and quality of work. Ideally, you'll have
1–2 years of experience
working in a similar agency or creative environment.
The Role
You'll work closely with our
Creative Lead and Creative Director
, taking direction while contributing to the creative direction of projects and supporting senior team members.
As a small studio, our work is varied – no two days are the same, and every project presents a new challenge.
Responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with the Creative Lead to support digital and print projects
* Working with website developers to bring design concepts to life
* Contributing to creative campaigns across a variety of sectors, from entrepreneurial recruitment firms to government, sport, and learning platforms
* Supporting project management alongside the Account Manager
This is a
hybrid role
: three days in the studio, two days working from home (Wednesday and Friday after probation).
To Succeed in This Role
You should be:
* Self-motivated
, able to take early-stage briefs and develop them into visually compelling work
* Skilled in
Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
; experience with Canva is a plus
* Able to support the Creative Director and Creative Lead in completing campaigns
* Comfortable liaising with the Account Manager on project management
