The Coach House Spa inspired by the

treatment rooms, indoor & outdoor pool, a sauna and steam room it’s a place

The Role:
As our Spa Housekeeping Supervisor you will assist the Housekeeping Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth daily housekeeping operations within The Spa.
The Spa Housekeeping Supervisor, will be responsible for leading a team of Spa Cleaning Attendant and responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all areas, inside and outside of The Coach House Health Club & Spa.
It is essential that our members and guests have the best possible experience and cleanliness is a key contributor.
Your will tasks will also include:
* Ensuring all Spa Cleaning Attendants are fully briefed for the day ahead.
* Regularly checking laundry
levels to ensure stocks are always plentiful.
* To ensure the team has all the
equipment needed to get the job done and that they use all products, tools, and
chemicals correctly and comply with all procedures.
* To ensure
special requests from guests are completed.
* Maintaining cleanliness in all areas such as treatment rooms, indoor & outdoor pools, the sauna and steam room.
The Person:
* Your previous experience will encompass working in a 5* hotel or luxury establishment in Housekeeping.
* Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as Room Attendant or Senior Room Attendant/ Spa Housekeeping Supervisor.
* Ideally you will live locally or be able to commute to Leatherhead.
* You will be energetic and have the ability to work on your own using your initiative and problem-solving capabilities.
* You will also have excellent manual handling skills.
Salary: £28,704 per annum plus Tronc
Shift Pattern:
* 40 hours per week.
* Candidates must be flexible, with availability to work on weekends and evenings.
* Working the following shifts: 06:00 - 14:30pm and 14:30 - 23:00pm
