Your Responsibilities
* Reporting & Insights: Support the creation and coordination of cross‑functional reports across Retail, CRM, Wholesale and VM. Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and clearly communicated to help teams track performance and key initiatives.
* Asset Management: Own the distribution of brand assets across weekly, monthly, and seasonal calendars. Guarantee on‑time delivery and effective sharing with internal teams, external retail partners, and wholesale accounts.
* Competitor & Trend Analysis: Compile monthly market and competitor reports, highlighting key insights, opportunities and emerging trends to guide marketing and brand decision‑making.
* Events & Activations: Provide key support for brand activations, including store openings, events, and wholesale initiatives. Assist with planning, coordination, and onsite execution when needed.
* Courier & Sample Management: Manage all UK sample logistics, including shipping, returns, and tracking. Coordinate couriers for the department, ensuring smooth, timely deliveries and agile handling of shifting priorities.
* Copy & Design Support: Assist in drafting branded copy across email, retail, wholesale and other channels. Support basic design needs, ensuring all output aligns with brand tone and visual guidelines.
* External Partner Communication: Act as a liaison with agencies, suppliers, retail marketing teams, and wholesale partners. Maintain clear, professional and timely communication at all times.
* General Team Support: Provide daily operational support to the wider marketing team, contributing to a collaborative, fast‑paced and solutions‑oriented environment.

Your Profile

* Marketing‑minded & qualified: Degree in Marketing (completed) or equivalent head‑office experience.
* Industry aware: Previous experience in retail, fashion, or a similar industry is a strong advantage.
* Organised & fast‑paced: Highly structured with excellent multitasking skills, able to thrive in a reactive, deadline‑driven environment.
* Tech‑savvy & detail‑driven: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint) and comfortable using Adobe design tools.
* Fashion‑forward: Strong interest in fashion with a solid understanding of current trends, brands, and the wider competitive landscape.
* Adaptable & reliable: Willing to support evening or weekend activity when required, especially during busy retail or event periods.
* London‑based & flexible: Able to work from the London office at short notice and comfortable with occasional regional travel.
