About the role

As our Lifestyle Assistant you will help plan and organise a whole variety of activities for our residents to create a fun and interesting environment for them. You will also offer comfort and company on a one-to-one basis for any residents unable to undertake the activities.


Things you need to know

* You must be alert at all times to our residents physical and mental well being
* Organise and accompany Residents, where possible, to off-site activities, which may occasionally take place out of normal working hours
* Understand and ensure the implementation of the Care Homes Health and Safety policy, and Emergency and Fire procedures

For most of the roles in our vibrant care home, you dont need specific qualifications or experience to be successful as full training is provided.

What we do look for are individuals who share our sense of compassion, care about peoples comfort and happiness and want to make a positive difference to the lives of our treasured residents and team members.

You must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours per week
