Who We're Looking For
* A qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE, or a fee earner with comparable experience in personal injury.
* Strong skills in advocacy, negotiation, communication, organisation, IT, and litigation.
* A client-centred mindset and a drive to secure the best possible outcomes.
* Someone confident managing a mixed caseload.
* An individual keen to help expand the firm's personal injury offering.
