Registered Manager – Supported Living
Location: Merseyside | Salary: Up to £45,000 | Bonus: 21 % annual bonus + mileage
Keys is looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations and grow our Supported Living portfolio in the Merseyside area. Our SL portfolio supports people with a broad range of complex needs (MH/LD/ABI/ASD). The role will oversee 2,500 hours of weekly care, with a Deputy Manager for every 500 hours. The manager will divide time between site visits and working from the Head Office in Liverpool.
Responsibilities
* Oversee operations and growth of Supported Living portfolio.
* Manage a care workforce of approximately 2,500 weekly hours.
* Coordinate with Deputy Manager and Head Office staff.
* Ensure compliance with CQQ legislation, best practice and quality standards.
Requirements
* Experience as a Registered Manager within Supported Living.
* Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing.
* Broad experience managing people, service quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism.
* Level 5 qualified.
* Strong values of independence, choice and respect.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to work on own initiative.
* Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice.
