You’ll be working closely with a friendly and experienced SEN team who share a deep commitment to inclusion and tailored support.
Your Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEMH needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalised learning plans.
• Foster emotional regulation and positive behaviour through consistent, nurturing strategies.
• Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
• Have experience working with children with SEMH needs in a school or similar setting.
• Be patient, empathetic, and resilient, with excellent communication skills.
• Bring energy and creativity to support engagement and emotional wellbeing.
• Be confident managing challenging behaviour with sensitivity and structure.
