Job Title: Senior Total Rewards Consultant! 🚀
Location: London
Duration: 1 year fixed term contract

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Total Rewards Consultant to support our organization's compliance efforts with the upcoming EU Pay Transparency Directive. The successful candidate will be the subject matter expert, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy for data collection, analysis, reporting, and communication to ensure full readiness to meet the EU deadlines.
This role requires a blend of technical compensation expertise, data analysis skills, and strong project management capabilities.
What You'll Do:
* In an expert capacity, coordinate and guide the following initiatives related to support EU pay directives:
o Regulatory Expertise & Strategy: Act as the internal expert on the EU Pay
o Transparency Directive, monitoring local member state transpositions of the law and
o advising leadership on all requirements and evolving best practices.
o Data Collection & Auditing: Develop and manage the process for collecting all
o required pay data across EU entities, including base pay and all complementary and
o variable components (bonuses, benefits, allowances, etc.).
o Reporting Obligations: Mandatory reporting on pay gaps, requiring significant data
o collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
o Compensation Information Transparency: Increased employee access to
o compensation information, including pay ranges necessitating revisions to our
o compensation communication strategy.
* Pay-Setting Criteria: Review and potential modification of our pay-setting processes to ensure objectivity and fairness, requiring expertise in compensation benchmarking and legal compliance.
* Legal & Regulatory Complexity: Navigating diverse national implementations of the PTD across the EU, demanding in-depth knowledge of local regulations and best practices.
* Internal Process Reviews: Significant changes to systems, processes, and employee training are required to ensure ongoing compliance.
* Partner with other Total Rewards team members and act as a consultant to share knowledge with internal partners.
* Research and evaluate compensation and benefits trends and market data.
* Recommend revisions or new plans that are cost-effective and in line with the market.
* Track the effectiveness of programs, policies, guidelines, and procedures. Guide the roll-out and maintenance of compensation and benefit plans and policies.
* Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
* Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
* Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
* Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.
* Work within broad guidelines and policies.
* Explain difficult or sensitive information.

What You'll Need:
* Bachelor's Degree preferred with relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
* Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
* Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset. Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
