An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Residential Property Paralegals to join one of our well established clients, across their Elgin and Inverness offices.
The Role:
We are seeking capable and motivated paralegals to support the busy Residential Property teams. The role will involve:
* Assisting solicitors with title due diligence
* Preparing first drafts of standard securities and discharges
* Ordering all relevant property searches
* Preparing Land Registration application forms and submitting deeds for registration
* Preparing LBTT submissions
About You:
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
* Strong knowledge of Scottish property transactions and registration processes
* Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* A proactive and collaborative approach
