We have an exciting opportunity for a Showroom & Training Academy Manager to join our team. This position is well-suited to an enthusiastic team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role is based in our Showroom department and will see you lead the strategic and operational performance of our vibrant customer-facing space and our professional Training Academy. As a Showroom & Training Academy Manager, you will oversee revenue performance, ensure a premium customer experience, and lead a passionate team to consistently deliver the Karndean standard. Responsibilities: Showroom Leadership: Manage and coach the showroom team to drive sales, deliver exceptional service, and ensure brand consistency through outstanding visual merchandising and customer engagement. Training Academy Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day running of the training academy, ensuring courses are relevant, facilities are of a high standard, and revenue targets are achieved. Customer Experience: Create an inspiring and welcoming environment, manage customer touchpoints, and continuously improve visitor satisfaction. Team Management : Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-functional team including Design Sales Consultants and Front of House Coordinators. Reporting & Innovation: Report KPIs to the Marketing Director, initiate local marketing activations, and implement strategies to increase footfall and engagement. Requirements: Experience in retail or showroom management, ideally within a premium brand setting. A proven track record of meeting commercial targets and managing budgets. Strong leadership and team development skills. A customer-first mindset and passion for service excellence. Organisational strength and the ability to balance multiple priorities. (Desirable) Experience in training program coordination and knowledge of the flooring or home interiors sector. (Desirable) Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
