The Role: You will manage a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a broad range of matters, including: Drafting wills and advising on estate planning Probate and estate administration, including taxable estates Inheritance tax (IHT) planning Trusts and succession planning Lasting Powers of Attorney Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients You will work as part of a friendly and collaborative private client department, with access to strong support and the opportunity to develop your practice.
