As their business continues to grow, our client is looking for a proactive and highly organised Operations Manager to join their team and help drive projects forward on a full-time permanent basis.
The role:
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Full Time Monday- Friday
Office-based role with regular, meaningful on-site involvement

Role Overview:
As Operations Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day running of multiple active groundwork sites. This is a hands-on position where your presence on-site will be just as important as your office-based responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and coordinate operations across multiple active groundwork sites
2. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure compliance, and support site teams
3. Manage procurement processes, project documentation, and schedules
4. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery
5. Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards, fostering a safety-first culture
Experience:
6. Experience in operations, site management, or project coordination (ground works or construction preferred)
7. Excellent organisational and leadership skills
8. Knowledge of procurement systems and Health & Safety procedures
9. Full UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements)
10. Estimating experience is advantageous but not essential
