Join Our UK Audit Team - Senior Associate Opportunity

We’re seeking an energetic, self-motivated Senior Associate interested in becoming part of our UK Audit team. You will focus on conducting operational and compliance-related audits for the UK and Canada Credit Card businesses.
What You’ll Do
1. Support the delivery of the Annual Audit Plan across both the UK and Canada Card businesses, with limited travel opportunities.
2. Gain a full understanding of the Card business.
3. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners and the wider Audit group.
4. Operate independently to ensure work is completed on schedule and to high-quality standards.
5. Communicate issues, risks, and recommendations to all levels of management.
6. Follow up proactively on audit actions to ensure timely management responses.
7. Seek learning opportunities to grow and develop in the role.
What You’ll Bring
1. Experience in internal or external auditing, risk management, accounting, financial analysis, information systems, or compliance.
2. Relevant qualifications (e.g., ACCA, ACA, CIMA, IIA) are preferable.
3. Skills in assessing business risks and designing risk-based testing.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport.
6. Logical judgment and an inquisitive mindset.
7. Experience in data testing (coding skills are not essential).
Work Location and Environment
This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham office with a hybrid working model: in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and remote on Mondays and Fridays. We are open to flexible working arrangements that suit you.
