Position Summary
We are looking for 2 Retail Assistants to join our team in our Norwich Shop.
Contract
2 x 15 hours per week, fixed term contract ending on 23rd August 2026.
Salary
Starting rate £12.71, moving to £12.90 after passing a 3 month probation.
Working Hours Flexibility
Availability to work weekdays as well as weekends is required.
Store Opening Hours
* Mon - Sat: 9.30 am – 5.30 pm
* Sat: 9 am – 6 pm
* Sun & Bank Holidays: 10.30 am – 4.30 pm
* Bank Hols: 11 am – 5 pm

About the role
As a Retail Assistant, you will create a fantastic experience for our customers from the moment they walk into the store. Your role will involve providing an engaging fitting experience, guiding customers on size and style choices, managing stock both on the shop floor and in storage, and operating the till system.
