Property Lawyer - Enfield (Local Authority role) Contract role Hourly rate negotiable 35 hours per week. To cover a colleague who is about to go on Maternity leave. This post is classified as a flexible worker and requires 2 days office attendance a week, although during the probationary period to support learning and assisting the post holder to excel in the role office attendance maybe up to 5 days per week. This position will support with an increased programme of acquisitions to address Temporary Accommodation demand and the candidate would need to be proficient in all areas of property law and conveyancing. You will need to be a real team player who is self-motivated and flexible. You'll be required to work to tight timescales, but rest assured you will have the necessary support to enable you to succeed.
