What the Job Involves Your role involves contributing to the effective operation of the Vulnerable People Service. You will manage complex and varied caseloads, conduct thorough assessments, and develop support plans to address the needs of vulnerable individuals. Your responsibilities include safeguarding investigations, negotiating care arrangements, and collaborating with multi-agency teams. You will also represent the department in multidisciplinary forums, oversee student placements, and uphold data protection and confidentiality principles.
