Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you will:
Conduct air tightness tests on domestic dwellings.
Review architectural designs to identify and improve air leakage issues.
Provide consultancy to reduce risks and enhance energy efficiency.
Prepare detailed reports and recommend remedial actions.
Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet regulatory targets.
Qualifications
To thrive as a Level 1 Air Tightness Tester, you'll need:
Level 1 Air Tightness Tester certification.
Knowledge of Part L of the Building Regulations 2021.
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
A valid UK driving licence (travel required across Newcastle/nearby areas).
