As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be a key point of contact for our Cleanroom clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly specialised team in a unique and regulated industry.
Your Tasks
1. Handle inbound customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
2. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Stores, Transport, Quality, and Account Management) to ensure a seamless service.
3. Manage Cleanroom consumables orders and track supplier delivery times.
4. Provide accurate customer quotes and support changes in delivery or collection schedules, including around Bank Holidays.
