We’re looking for a strategic and commercially focused Head of CRM to lead our CRM marketing across Moonpig & Greetz. This role will drive CRM revenue, retention, and engagement through best-in-class campaigns, experimentation, and innovation. You’ll lead a high-performing CRM team and collaborate widely to elevate CRM as a key growth driver across markets. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, team player, and CRM enthusiast who maintains high standards and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
We prefer someone able to work on a hybrid basis, 1-2 days a week in either our London or Almere office, but we are open to candidates seeking a more remote role with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
* Own CRM performance across UK & NL, delivering against order, revenue, retention, and reactivation goals.
* Lead and develop the CRM team, ensuring smooth planning, execution, and reporting.
* Set and deliver a 3-year vision and CRM channel strategy across email and mobile channels, with clear milestones.
* Drive innovation across journeys, reminders, newsletters, and Moonpig Plus.
* Partner with product and analytics teams to improve opt-ins, data capture, and personalization solutions to foster growth.
* Champion CRM best practices in segmentation, testing, personalization, and automation.
* Lead stakeholder communication via OBRs, planning sessions, and performance reports.
About You
* Proven experience in a senior CRM management or lead role, preferably within eCommerce, retail, or consumer sectors.
* Strong strategic mindset with a track record of CRM-led growth.
* Expertise in email marketing, segmentation, automation, and personalization.
* Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Data-driven with a test-and-learn approach to innovation.
* Sailthru experience is desirable but not essential.
