In-house Property Solicitor – Caterham
A long established property business is seeking an In-House Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive to join its expanding business due to continued success.
You will work alongside highly regarded Lawyers who have superb backgrounds and are extremely skilled in property development work; many of which have private practice or in-house background previously and are now enjoying the culture difference that this company offers alongside its stellar benefits package.

Your workload will include:

* Managing plot sales from instruction to completion
* Liaising with the in-house sales, commercial and management teams
* Be interested in developing your career further to eventually manage a team and help grow the business further
You will have the following background:
*
* Managing a caseload of plot sales/new build matters
* Be 2 years or more qualified (PQE) as a Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Either private practice or in-house
* Those with commercial attitudes and pragmatic minds will go far in this role and business
