Shop / Café Assistant
Richmond Village Letcombe Regis, South Street, Oxfordshire, OX12 9RG
£12.40 per hour (+70p enhancement when 'Lead' on shift)
Permanent 32hrs per week
Shift pattern between (8 hrs shift working 4 days out of 7 days)

You’ll help us make health happen by:
Being proactive and customer-focused Shop/Café Supervisor, to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and ensure exceptional service standards. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality.
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
1. Supervise day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures.
2. Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
3. Manage staff rotas and ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
4. Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
5. Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and minimize waste.
6. Oversee cash handling, reconcile daily takings, and maintain accurate records.
7. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
8. Support promotional activities and contribute to sales growth.
9. Barista training or experience in coffee preparation.
10. Food Safety Level 2 certification.
