Call Centre Operative - Romford Nissan
RESPONSIBLE TO: CALL CENTRE MANAGER
The day-to-day role requires taking inbound telephone calls from customers who are looking to purchase a new vehicle, responding to any questions or queries, and directing customers through to the relevant department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Dealing with sales calls, taking customer details precisely.
* Accurate data inputting of customer details.
* Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Initiating the solving of customers' problems in a professional manner.
* Adhering to brand standards.
* Handling incoming calls, providing advice to customers and/or handling new and used car sales enquiries.
* Making follow-up calls to customers after their enquiry.
* To comply with individual responsibilities, in accordance with the role, for health and safety in the workplace.
