Basic Salary £28,000 to £30,000 per annum £12,000 - £14,000 annual commission (performance based) £4,000 per annum car allowance Incentivised commission and performance bonuses A 5-day working week 25 days’ holiday excluding bank holidays Loyalty days for length of service Company pension Company events ARLA/Propertymark qualifications Opportunity for career progression Main Duties and Responsibilities Recruit, manage, motivate, support and develop professional employees in the service area, ensuring their health, safety and wellbeing at work, in order to ensure all aspects of service delivery are provided to the highest possible standard. Monitor and manage staff and team performance including training, appraising, developing and mentoring, ensuring a high level of professionalism and service delivery and customer care. Prioritise workloads to ensure collective group targets are met. Ensuring all team members are accurately and efficiently managing their maintenance portfolios. Having a good working knowledge of all aspects of the lettings journey from marketing to move out - to support your team. Investigate informal and formal complaints and ensure that enquiries, complaints and correspondence are dealt with within target times and in a courteous and effective manner. Be responsible for devising and implementing new service procedures where necessary and ensure their effective and efficient delivery. Develop new processes to maximise the use of new IT and technologies; identify and establish good practice measures and seek to incorporate these. Sales Efficiency In the role of a Lettings Manager you will be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch by: Be responsible for growing and developing the Lettings business within the branch. Generating and conducting Lettings Appraisals including a high level of compliance knowledge - ideally specific to Liverpool and licensing. Winning and gaining new instruction on properties to let. Business Prospecting and proactive activity. Maximising branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance. Displaying excellent customer service at all times. As a target driven individual you will ideally have experience within the Lettings industry and have relevant and up to date Lettings legislation knowledge. A full UK driving license is essential. This branch is independently owned and operated by FAVSCO23 under a franchise arrangement and is part of a national network of Reeds Rains branches.
