What you’ll be doing
1. Weekly Consumer trading volume outlook for the Quarter, aligned with commercial teams.
2. Ensure cross functional alignment on volume performance and onward outlook.
3. Delivery of weekly, monthly, and annual reporting and analysis of trading performance. Presenting findings and recommendations up to Head of and Director level.
4. Align on robust, interlocked volume targets to underpin Budget and rolling forecast processes.
5. Business partner support for the Commercial Trading and Marketing teams, Supply chain and wider finance areas.
6. Support the business in understanding Mobile trading volume performance, driving improvement and corrective action influencing key stakeholders.
7. Review of longer term performance trends, using analysis to influence decision making and drive change.
8. Work with Data and reporting teams to enhance trading performance data and ensure integrity of KPIs socialised.
The skills you'll need
9. Communication skills - translating outcomes to senior financial and nonfinancial stakeholders through both oral and written communication (Essential)
10. Strong data skills – enhance reporting across functions, and able to manage complex large data sets (Essential)
11. Planning, forecasting & reporting experience
12. Part qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or someone intending to study
13. Knowledge of Fast moving goods industry is preferable but not essential
