Requirements Significant experience in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic advisory role. Experience in management consulting, PE operating roles, or high-growth industrial/services environments. Exposure to engineered products, industrial services, water/wastewater, environmental services, or missioncritical field services is a plus but not required. Demonstrated track record leading cross-functional workstreams and delivering complex initiatives under time pressure. Strong operational management and strategic planning skills. Exceptional leadership and communication abilities. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
