A highly rated Employment team is looking to build on its recent success with the appointment of a skilled and ambitious Employment Lawyer. The successful candidate will join a respected and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters for a diverse commercial client base. Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
* Work as part of a national team and play a key role in the firm’s ambitious growth strategy.
Qualifications
* Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 2 years PQE in handling their own caseload of employment-related matters gained within a leading national or international law firm.
Required Skills
* Avid business developers with a strong passion to specialise in employment law.
* Excellent technical knowledge covering the broad remit of employment law including both contentious and non-contentious matters.
* Experience of undertaking your own advocacy is ideal.
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £65k plus. The firm offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, alongside a positive and inclusive working environment.
