Temporary Administrator Location: Fleet Salary: £15ph Job Type: Ongoing Temporary Role Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:00pm Start Date: ASAP We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join a busy and fast-paced team based in Fleet. This is an ongoing temporary opportunity, working closely with the Tech Director, supporting key operational and administrative tasks. This role would suit a highly organised, proactive individual with strong administrative and Excel skills who is confident managing multiple priorities. Key Responsibilities Providing direct administrative support to the Tech Director Processing orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems Managing and maintaining databases and records Preparing reports and documentation using Excel Handling correspondence and internal communications Supporting with general office administration tasks Ensuring all tasks are completed to a high level of accuracy and professionalism Requirements Strong previous experience in a senior administrative role Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, data management, and reporting) Experience with order processing and system-based administration Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
