Occupational Health MSK Physiotherapist – Bridgwater, Somerset (TA5) Rare opportunity to join a large-scale, on-site occupational health setting within one of Europe’s most significant construction environments, delivering high-impact MSK care as a MSK Physio. Employment Type Part-Time, Permanent (22.5 or 30 hours per week), On-site (TA5) Physiotherapist No sponsorship available for this MSK Physio role. You must have the permanent right to work in the UK. Shift pattern includes Monday 8:00am–4:00pm and Tuesday–Thursday 7:00am–3:00pm. Job Description This is a unique opportunity to join a highly established occupational health service embedded within a major construction site in Bridgwater, Somerset (TA5). As an Occupational Health MSK Physiotherapist, you will work within a large, multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high-quality musculoskeletal care in a fast-paced, industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Deliver accurate MSK assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans Work independently within an on-site occupational health environment Classify MSK conditions in relation to workplace causation Produce clear, structured fitness-for-work and discharge reports Advise on workplace adjustments and return-to-work planning Lead rehabilitation programmes and on-site exercise sessions Conduct DSE assessments and ergonomic risk evaluations Identify workplace hazards contributing to MSK conditions Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support employee wellbeing Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to outcome reporting Requirements Permanent right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available HCPC registered Physiotherapist with a recognised Physiotherapy degree Strong post-graduate experience in MSK physiotherapy Specialist knowledge in MSK, biomechanics, and occupational health practice Proven ability to deliver autonomous clinical assessment and treatment Excellent communication and patient-facing interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and confidently within a clinical setting Ability to reliably commute to Bridgwater, Somerset (TA5) for on-site work Also suitable for: Occupational Health Physiotherapist, MSK Physiotherapist, MSK Physio, Workplace Physiotherapist, Industrial Physiotherapist Company Culture As an Occupational Health MSK Physiotherapist, you will be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and professional autonomy.
