We are now looking for an Estimator / Bid Manager, to join our Bristol team, someone who enjoys combining technical expertise with commercial insight to shape winning proposals and drive project success from the very beginning. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in how we secure and deliver high-value engineering projects, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients. What were looking for Strong experience (4 years minimum) in estimating, cost management, or bid management within engineering, EPC, or related sectors A solid understanding of cost build-up, pricing, and financial analysis Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with advanced Excel capability Experience preparing cost proposals and tender submissions for clients Confident communicator, able to engage with both technical and commercial stakeholders Nice to have in an Estimator Experience in nuclear or highly regulated environments (not essential) Engineering background (mechanical, civil, or similar) Knowledge of commercial frameworks or contracts (e.g. NEC) Why join Boccard?
