Role Description • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information regarding electrical products, pricing, availability, and delivery times. • Prepare quotes, price lists, and product recommendations based on customer needs and specifications. • Process incoming orders from customers via phone, email, or in-person, ensuring all details are correct and orders are fulfilled efficiently. • Upsell and cross-sell electrical products and solutions to meet customer needs and exceed sales targets. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
