We're now looking for a motivated sales professional ready to break into insurance, bring focus and ambition to our high-energy team, and build a career that can scale as fast as our business.
The Role:
* Build and manage your own pipeline of commercial clients in construction & fleet sectors
* Build your own prospect list of clients
* Convert leads, referrals, and outbound opportunities into long-term clients
* Handle the full sales cycle from prospecting through to closing and onboarding
* Deliver exceptional service while meeting (and exceeding) sales targets
* Contribute to the culture and collective ambition of our sales floor
What We're Looking For
* No insurance experience required
* 1 years minimum of proven sales or customer-facing experience
* Target-driven and motivated by uncapped earnings
* Resilient, disciplined, and able to thrive under pressure
* Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to build relationships
* A team player who wants to progress in a high-performance environment
