The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This is a varied hybrid role where you will provide executive support to senior leadership, assist with people-related administration, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. It would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities.
There is potential for this role to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Manage senior leadership calendars and inboxes, including drafting communications
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Process expenses for executives
Provide ad hoc personal and administrative support
Support internal communications across the business
Coordinate and prepare materials for company-wide meetings, including All-Hands
Organise executive travel (UK and international) and event logistics
Support company-wide events such as social events and internal initiatives
Office Management
Oversee office supplies, facilities, and weekly orders
Manage office-related queries and maintenance requests
Coordinate health & safety checks
People & Administrative Support
Assist with HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Coordinate interviews and recruitment scheduling
Support employee engagement initiatives, including gifting and events
Maintain internal systems and company information resources
Requirements
Essential:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA / EA or Office Administrator role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
Confident communicator across all levels
High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Experience supporting or coordinating All-Hands meetings
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Desirable:
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
Experience working across multiple time zones
Exposure to HR or people-related administration
Experience in a high-growth or tech-led environment
