Why be a Supply Chain Administrator at THG Beauty?
A fantastic opportunity to work on a 12 month basis in a fast pace environment and become the general support for the Beauty division Supply Chain Planning team by assisting with the intake of stock, supplier compliance and general reporting. A truly collaborative position, giving great insight into the Beauty division.
As Supply Chain Administrator, you’ll:
1. Support the Supply Chain Planners with general supplier queries and delivery schedule maintenance across our UK & European WHS operations
2. Support with any weekly reporting to be shared with internal stakeholders.
3. Work closely with B&M when collating priority orders based on imminent deliveries.
4. Collaborate with the Warehouse & Supply Chain Ops teams to capture any failed deliveries and all evidence that comes with them.
5. Support suppliers with order management & systemic delivery booking support (if required) in a timely manner.
6. Juggle multiple admin tasks, and prioritising these tasks where required based upon urgency.
7. Analyse processes and procedures looking for areas for continuous improvement to support future Supply Chain plans.
8. Work closely with the other Supply Chain Administrators, oversee the group email inbox and ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely manner.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
9. Supply Chain / Data Analyst experience within a retail environment is an advantage but is not essential.
10. Strong IT skills necessary in MS Excel / Outlook.
11. A positive team player but also have the ability to work autonomously.
12. Good problem solving skills.
13. Strong communication skills.
