As a Mixed-Methods User Researcher, you’ll work closely with product and delivery teams to explore user needs, behaviours, and experiences. You’ll combine empathy and analytical thinking to generate actionable insights that improve outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver qualitative and quantitative research across digital and service experiences
* Conduct interviews, usability testing, workshops, focus groups, and surveys
* Analyse research findings and behavioural data to identify patterns, barriers, and opportunities
