We're recruiting an Assembler to join the electronics manufacturing team in West Dean, Salisbury
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, well-established engineering business, building high-quality electronic products in a clean, structured production environment-alongside a skilled and supportive team.

Weekly pay - every Friday
Monday-Thursday day shifts (no weekends)
Friday finish at 1pm - every week

What's Required?
You'll be working on the assembly of precision electronic components and products used in specialist applications.
Hand soldering electronic components to a high standard
Working with fine-pitch components (down to 0.4mm / 0.2mm)
PCB assembly (SMT and through-hole processes)
Mechanical assembly of electronic units and enclosures
Cable preparation, crimping, and wiring
Inspecting and testing completed assemblies
Working from technical drawings and build instructions
Supporting rework and modification where requiredThis is a skilled production role, where quality and attention to detail really matter.
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this Assembler role in Salisbury, Wiltshire you must have:
Previous experience in electronics assembly or PCB soldering
Confident working with fine-pitch soldering (0.4 / 0.2mm)
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to follow technical drawings and instructions accurately
Steady hand and good manual dexterity
Team player who works well in a production environment
